Yesterday I noticed the Drupal website of Belgiums best radio station Studio Brussel (StuBru) has been littered by trash.

A few weeks ago the campaign 'In De Vuilbak' (dutch for 'In The Trash Bin') started with the launch of a website. Although the website itself isn't that special, the theming has some very distinctive visuals.

The people of communication company Saatchi & Saatchi Brussels are the brains behind the campaign. After littering the new version of the InDeVuilbak.be website (we created last year) they decided to throw trash over other media too. Including littered commercials on TV, radio and in print. And today the website of StuBru.be.

I like the publicity in the national newspapers and magazines the most: normal pages covered with trash, making the reader wonder what had happened. Except a small link to the website, hidden in the trash, no other information was given.

They even created 2 versions for adult magazines (almost NSFW :-)

Read all about the campaign at the Saatchi & Saatchi weblog.
